I am a Year 7 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
This was for our cultural day we had to work on a slide about cultural connections then on cultural day, we had to share our slides Miss Waho would call people to come up and share the slides anyway this is my slide.
Hi Addison, Did you know that the blue background of our flag also represents the vast sea and sky that surround our land. Our flag is the only one that has white fimbrilation around the outside of the stars? The red colour of our stars represents the mana of our Māori people. Just check the Sign Language poster... in NZSL the vowels are each finger on your hand. This has made my morning Addison. Whitebait is a real favourite of mine. It reminds me of when I was little and would stay at my grandparents. When I got up in the morning, there'd be buckets around the edge of the kitchen from that mornings early catch! My Mum was once nocked out in a gumboot throwing contest!
Hey Addison, you have done a great job on this post.Im listening to catching feelings as i write this.Reminds me of Gilberthorpe school, how cool. Are you looking forward to going back to school eventually? You have reported on so many aspects of N.Z life it is like a wonderful walk down memory lane. Thanks for sharing,Excellent work.I noticed you've put mountain cook, it should be Mount Cook, are you able to correct/edit that, if you would like. Stay awesome
