My Shadow.
The connection I made to the title is.
Someone that follows me all the time.
The poem is organized in four stanzas and four lines the rhyming pattern is AABB AABB AABB AABB.
The tone of the poem is.
It makes me feel happy because it has made me feel like I always have a friend unless I'm in the dark.
List and explain what poetic devices you identified in the poem.
I found Personififcation which means your giving a non-human thing a human characteristic. The sentence is Has stayed at home behind me and was fast asleep in bed, I also found a simile with means you're comparing yourself to something the sentence is but my lazy shadow line an arrant sleepy-Head.
