whit Nigel  last week we did life skills and today at 2018 28 we did life skills and it is all bout beethn and we did a dragon dace for defend yourself and we also did same locke and lode lat mens so recept  and back srat and arms sray and eyes looking in front of you and listen to you and you need to betnin thor the nose and let it thor your moth and then he tid  to hit us then we had to do the dargon dace the end.
